Color Boom! Kids Puzzles (“the app”) is a colour-puzzle game for children aged 4–8, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. We designed it so that it collects no personal data.

Information we collect

None. The app does not collect, transmit, store on our servers, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no names, no email addresses, no photos, no chat, and no way for children to share content or communicate with others.

Information stored on the device

Game progress, stickers, drawings and settings are saved only on the device, inside the app. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. A parent can erase them at any time from Settings → Reset progress (behind a parental check) or by deleting the app.

Advertising, analytics and third parties

The app contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting and no third-party SDKs or tracking. It does not access the advertising identifier, location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos, and it works fully offline. We do not sell or share data, because we have none.

Purchases and external links

This version has no in-app purchases. Any link that leaves the app, and any future purchase, is placed behind a parental check. Purchases, if ever offered, are processed entirely by Apple or Google; we never receive payment details.

Children’s privacy

The app is directed at children. Because it collects no personal information, it is designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR (including Article 8), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, Apple’s App Store guidelines for the Kids category, and Google Play’s Families Policy.

Your rights

As we hold no personal data about you or your child, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have any question, write to info@klikinfluence.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes — for example, if a future version adds a feature that affects privacy — we will update this page and the date above before that version is released.

ما الذي نجمعه؟

لا شيء. اللعبة لا تجمع ولا ترسل ولا تشارك أي معلومات شخصية. لا توجد حسابات ولا تسجيل دخول ولا أسماء ولا بريد إلكتروني ولا صور ولا محادثات، ولا يمكن للأطفال مشاركة محتوى أو التواصل مع أي شخص.

ما الذي يُحفظ على الجهاز؟

التقدّم في اللعبة والملصقات والرسومات والإعدادات تُحفظ داخل التطبيق على الجهاز فقط، ولا تُرسل إلينا أو لأي جهة. يمكن لولي الأمر حذفها في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← إعادة ضبط التقدّم (بعد سؤال للتحقق من ولي الأمر) أو بحذف التطبيق.

الإعلانات والتحليلات والأطراف الثالثة

لا تحتوي اللعبة على إعلانات أو تحليلات أو تقارير أعطال أو أدوات تتبع من أطراف ثالثة. لا تستخدم معرّف الإعلانات أو الموقع أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور، وتعمل بالكامل بدون إنترنت.

المشتريات والروابط الخارجية

هذا الإصدار لا يحتوي على مشتريات. أي رابط يخرج من اللعبة وأي شراء مستقبلي يكون بعد سؤال للتحقق من ولي الأمر، وتتم المشتريات بالكامل عبر Apple أو Google دون أن نستلم أي بيانات دفع.

خصوصية الأطفال

اللعبة موجّهة للأطفال، ولأنها لا تجمع أي معلومات شخصية فهي مصمّمة لتتوافق مع COPPA وGDPR وقواعد التصميم المناسب للأعمار في المملكة المتحدة وإرشادات فئة الأطفال في App Store وسياسة العائلات في Google Play.

التغييرات والتواصل
